I already reset everyone's kills to 0 when the new system went in.
Anyone who's red now is red because they felt like killing.
So saying that "we'll never be blue again" after you had plenty of warning on how the new system works is a bit silly.
You still gain kills just like in the old t3a. T3a never had a working order vs chaos system. So i don't even wanna hear people pretend that you're gaining kills faster than you used to.
Now are we going to add in a working order vs chaos system? Yes. A lot of stuff like that will go into the murder patch.
but last i checked there are other patches people care MORE about than the murder patch, so i'm focusing on those first.

Um, I never said you gained faster then b4, I'm saying you dont drop them fast enough, I understand, OK u should have a visable penalty for killing, but I am saying, that it's to unforgiving, SPECIALLY with the old bugs in, like people gaining kills after people attack them, for one, or killing chaos and order members, they might not sound big, but thats 18-20 hours of time you have to spend playing, for that simple bug, which is not fair. People shouldn't be penalized for bugs, at this extremely harsh rate...
also note that you and echo are the ONLY arguing in favor of your point, which says something. at least in my eyes

I see it this way, there is a difference between pvp and being a pk, or atleast there should be. Pk's do exactly that, kill everyone they come across pretty much therefore they should be red. I think the kill system the way it is with a guild war, chaos /order exception will accomplish exactly that. Those who pvp will be able to stay blue but those who pk will not. We just have to wait it out and adapt to what we have now until it is completed.

Prob is belg, almost all player characters that PvP are going red, not the pkers
ya, but im saying, why make Everyone suffer while we wait a Long time (as bob basically said in his last post) it's a simple fix, make kills decay while offline and increase the timer a bit, or decrease the timer to where afking kills (which probably wouldn't have been there if it wasn't for bugs) isn't a that big of a problem...
I don't see why this update was put in, when there wasn't going to be a planned murder patch anytime in the near future. as this was done can this be undone? jeeze it''s like saying "oh lets strictin the system to basically punish normal players (non pks) but we know we won't be able to fix people getting punished for no reason anytime soon." HUH?
ok, if you still don't get my point. let's say you have a PvP character that goes red. (happened to me and im not the most frequent pvper and EVERYONE knows im not a PK)
You want people to play and decay there kills, thus the red goes hunting,, he meets a blue, the blue attacks.. blue dies... guess who gets anther kill? the red. now is this fair? hell no! but it's happening, to people for what reason? because bob decides to put a stricter system that has been in for several years (if it's not the most strict), without fixing any of the bugs. I don't see the logic...

that happen to me, on Yashiro i have 1 kill and im not even a pvp is a damn miner and ill i have done for the pass 2 weeks is banksitting training Item ID .... and i still dont know how i got that kill...

then he/she died and u got the kill, usually happens to a lot of ppl i imagine

i was paying attention yeah some guy attacked me ........and WTF i have to do in all that shit, is not my problem that some other guy kill that fool or that he die while hunting ..........that mean the kill system is not working properly.

exactly why this kill system is WAAAY to unforgiving, thats 22 hours iori will have to spend for a bug.. that can be easily avoided lol

well thats odd and i remember that for a while u were able to lost kills offline, was way back but that have been implemented in the pass and SINCE we r in a BETA i dont see why players cant go red ,blue ,green, brown wtfeva the color they want until the murder patch is done.
U can eve set a wipe kill count every 15 days or something like that , so u can start all over again and i agree, most of the reds r cus they PvP, and whats the point of TEST stuff if ur gonna get a kill for it and staff is not gonna do anything about it to help u or reward u .....whateva u wanna called so u can keep testing.
even better !!
lets say u PvP with some guy , u die and u receive a message:
"Do u want to charge ur kill to X player? YES or NO
if u say YES he got the kill
if u say NO well he got a free kill
that way ppl r gonna PvP MORE and not worry too much about the killcount and theres gonna be red ppl (PK) cus crafter r gonna report his dead as a kill.
its a win win

It will still be the same is it is now. If u die ya your going to give them a kill cause they killed u and u want them to pay..

well yeah but not everytime is gonna happen that... at least u can save 2-3 kills from ur fights instand of having it all of them

Sounds like a bug to me. You shouldn't be gaining a kill if you are not the aggressor - whether you killed him, or someone else.

agreed with iori lol, it's kinda hard testing when we get punished for it :/
and i like the ask them if they get a kill idea thing alot,
