I have a bad memory so i cant remember any of my old obs storys (Exept the time that i never ever even played obsidian but i made an account and char to come online and shout at a certain somebody that i couldn't get a hold of any other way lmao!!!) However i do remember my sis making a lil error tho: Aimee (elektra) as a newb, she stayed up ALL night fishing (boring) and selling fish steaks saving lots (Losts to a newb) of gold, after she saved enough she went visiting all the training vendors to train every single skill you could get...Anatomy,magery,fencing,cooking...ect... when she was finished (Feeling all proud of a good nights work ) She then told dad (Urban) How well she had done only to be shot down by... ''Theres a fking skill cap you idiot'' (Im guessing at that part) I dont know if many people have done that but damn it must be harsh to waist all that time hahaha

The restile Antics: Does anyone else remember how funny / fun it was to pk restile? He would wait in his house until you were either low on health or someone else showed up to help him. I have to hand it to him for being quick enough to get in and out of his house whenever need be. I remember many times where ashes kilo and myself would come up with ways to try to get him out of the house. Some of them consisted of one of us showing up with low health, haha. The older obsidian was alot of fun and I'd love to get back to into it. I have tried to in the past but have always run into time issues. Right now, I have time to post only when at work. The original MOB: I miss the original MOB. A guild started by kilo and myself and then our first recruit who proved to be an amazing pker the one and only ashes. The guild had three different personalities which worked great together. We had Kilo, who didn't care who he killed, and would only loot certain ppl. We had myself who would only kill certain ppl (those who deserved it)....most of the time, haha, but I didn't loot anyone. And we had ashes, who would kill anyone and loot anyone. I remember running around being hunted by much larger guilds, but rarely dying....and if we did die, we would just recall back to one of our houses we were stocked up with pvp gear / regs and whatever else we need. It was great knowing that everyone else is getting better just to come after us, and it's true. Alot of ppl became so good, and came after us and eventually we couldn't hold everyone off, which is what the game is about. After kilo left it was me and ashes, and we need some more ppl, so we ended up inviting a few ppl in that were just as good. Don't get me wrong here, the newer members were great, but it still wasn't the same without kilo. I left shortly after that, and I remember coming back to the forums seeing that ashes carried on the name, which is awesome. Ahhhh, the good ol' days. I don't even know what happened to mob after ashes left.

MoB is still around, not many players in it and not many old either im still holding on to abit hope that ashes will come back and pie/craig/curt and everyone will follow him. just a note... Zureese asked for no flames... so just cos ashes was mentioned, everyone dont all get angry and flame lol

Thanks for pointing that out aimee. We can mention any name, and tell stories, but don't flame anyone. You can tell a story about how ashes did something bad or was an ass, but don't start flaming him. They are two different things I want more stories.

Well I became pretty good friends with Ashes. Even though Ice and Flame told me to stay away from him. After he pkd me a bit, I actually proved to be somewhat of a reliane to him. So to get the story really short: All I really remember from Ashes' old days was...."I KILL CRAFTERS" So what ever crafter u were on was a pretty bad idea. lol.

haha, yup, ashes liked to kill anyone and everyone...including crafters, but hey....if it was something that was wrong, the game wouldn't allow you to do it, so I think it's fine! I mean i never killed crafters myself, but I was pretty tempted some times lol.

Crafters are the best things to kill...they get so pissed they come on there warrior/mage and then you own them lol. hmmmmm stories.....Aladdin came back for a little while and was bragging saying hes wicked and he was the best thing in Destiny lol. When ashes was still playing and I was in MOB he msned me "aladdin is on hes probly hunting with overmind lets get them" First place we both ahd in midn was Covetous lvl 3 lol So we went there and bang them two in covetous wall wall wall so theres me and ashes an grav got in and seriously me and ashes fighting together I just remember aladdins health go down down in seconds wit both of us spamming harm lol then overmind. but it was a very funny at the time seeing two people die so fast. hmmm.......an other good time was killing overmind at his house. was in brit and saw him head towards his house so i recalled and invised. he was in valorite and with vanq ba poiosn pain lighting and bows of vanq poison and loads of stuff and that was one of the best kills as I got tons or killing some warrior wearing rose set lol

Ahhhh, I remember aladin. He was so cocky and had a huge mouth, but when it came down to it, he was only a decent fighter. Nothing special, but he was better then some of the permanent newbs. That's some pretty nice loot diablo! I must say that the best loot that i've gotten (since I rarely looted) was a bag of regs. haha, I always made an attempt to look at what was on the bodies, and this time, I knew re-enforcements of restile were coming, and since I was alone, I took all of his regs, and left everything else, haha. Good times!

lol im a quick looter and carry walls so wall my loot then loot and recall lol but was some nice loot. oo an other story.... Whne i first satrted i used to get rapped by henessy lol by my house in brit. then one day saw him dead by my house and his oytra (i called it a dragon thing back then) i was like WICKED and attacked it into my house and held it there. but then a few days after it was there i went to go my house and i got inside locked door and bang henassy was in my house stole ride again and got all my loot lol

I remember i used to kill checopete and feno alot. I remember once i killed feno in covetous and then i went and killed a couple ettins and filled his corpse full of rocks. I also remember when Pie used to kill Terek's miner all the time. He used to carry a deed to a garbage can and trash all his ores while he sat there and OooOOOoooOOO'ed. I used to piss my pants laughing at him. I was a noob when the original MoB was started but i remember watching the wars between them and destiny at vesper bridge and sometimes getting too close to watch the action and getting walled and killed.

damn so many forgotten memories, and they were a lot throughout 4 years... zureese, sephiroth, kilorious, X, Duo, elleberation, iceblade, athena, piccolo, mythrandir, rayne, plinkers, blinkers and the other gay GM Jorus...that other guy that was always high, cant rmember his name but damn was he cool. Rahbdul and my pvp mentor Madeleine. BB saying he'd take the server down(that was a weekly thing) My ugly cuban friends, who couldnt beat me 6vs1 in britain. If you know all these names, you played in the best era of Obsi. Madeleine, rahbdul, Venus for best pvp'ers
