read somewhere the retrieve password thingie is casesensetive, or only work in lowercase even? someone else might fill me in on this one >< |

doublpost time! i tryed it myself.. when i write names i always use capital letter first. wont say my account name now but it didnt work with capital letter first as it should be in, but it worked retrieving password using only lowercased letters

It says the email address has been used already so try a different email address. Even if you have to create another one. |

ive already posted screenshots and other shit ect ect, but seems after they locked my thread for supposed flaming staff demanding this issue be fixed they deleted it aswell sorry chaps you cant make an account ive tryed every way possible, my suggestion to you is start pming staff members and pray to god, or find someones email on these god forsaken forums and attempt to get someones old account. thousands of accounts out there, 50 active people shouldnt be too extremly hard |

Hi i signed up and pmed higher staff a few weeks ago. Ive yet to hear anything from any staff about my account. I just need to have my password emailed to me. Does anyone know when the staff might start looking into the new accounts? Is there something else we should do? |

Have you tried cleaning out your spam and junk mail folders, then re-sending the password to it using the "forgot password" function? If so and it didn't work, try registering with a different email address. |

heh i act however i want, i was bullshittin way before raptor was around, usually only about shit that needs fixed, and cmon man? the account center doesnt need fixed does it? its not like its essential to get new players or anything....... |

yeah.....well u can still stfu They know it needs fixed..typing it 50 times a thread doesnt help. From what I read a while ago...some email service providers are not very compatible with this game. Try making a yahoo account....I have never heard of anyone having a prob with this email provider. Things get through on this one. I am hoping to bring 5-6 ppl to obsi in the next 2 days...we will see. |
