Just to clarify mods can't ban anyone. We can recommend that action be taken against someone, but in the end it is the forum admin who decides what is done. As far as locking threads etc., we also have rules that we have to follow as well and try to remember that "new" mods are exactly that, new. We are trying hard. And if there is any real concern with any conduct of moderators then it should be dealt with through the proper channels.
