1. hit PRT SCR (print screen) 2. Paste into Paint or Photoshop 3. Save 4. Upload to photobucket or whatever 5. link the image with the IMG tag |

find the Prt sc button on your keyboard push that open photoshop or paint open a new picture hit ctrl+v save image host image on photobucket (or whatever you use) copy url and put img brackets around it
