I had this problem also. Originally I was downloading the file via IE with no third party apps. Everytime i did this (which was like 3 times) the file was corrupt.

I managed to get a good version of the installer via BitTorrent yesterday. I used the Azeurus client which I beleive does checks to ensure file integrity.

Anyway, it works that way if you're having trouble still.
