.. remember what Daddy said about using my name in your posts. "dracula, i suggest you ignore emo and do not direct any of your posts towards him -Hydro" By using my name, you're directing it. So don't use my name. |

yeah, that torrent werked fine, the one i got last nite was from torrentspy.. so i dunno. it got to the last cab file and then brought en error up saying something about how i have RAM problems or it's a bad cab file. must have been the cab cuz i have atleast 60% of my RAM open at all times. anyways, is there a way to skip the tutorial? or how the heck do i kill the zombie? it keeps getting health back. AND do i have to constantly click on an enemy for my char to attack it? for some reason this game eats up alot of my CPU....anyone notice that? i run a P3 800MHZ ... and it's not like this game has the best graphics or anything. anyways. imma take a break and wait for some replies that tutorial was long and then i had to exit game cuz of the damn zombie. i need a smoke. |

You can skip the tutorial by typing .help, and at the bottom is an option for "Travel to Runestone Chamber" Click that and you will see a little purple stone. Wait 60 seconds and double click it and you will go to the runestone chamber. At the Runestone chamber there are various portals and an area full of stones that when put in the right combination can take you places. Dungeons: http://www.dxgaming.com/obsidian/skills ... eons.shtml Towns: http://www.dxgaming.com/obsidian/skills ... owns.shtml Other: http://www.dxgaming.com/obsidian/skills ... ther.shtml As for the game itself, this is an older game and tends to be a resource hog for any kind of computer. P.S.- You do not need to continually double click the monsters/players/animals. Once it is targeted, you will automatically attack (however if you stop attacking while it's still alive, you might need to re-double click then, you'll get the hang of it). |

But you have to be in war mode! Hold alt and hit P then click peace/war to toggle. you can change it in your options to either be sticky when you hit tab as in tab toggles war/peace mode or you can have it where you hold tab down for war mode and release it to go back to peace.. stop talking to me A lmfao... he said hed block us both anyway so i dunno why you were hoping exactly... |

That sounds a lot more complicated then it needs to be. Just hold down TAB to be in war mode. It would help if you changed a setting in your options to toggle war mode on or off by just hitting TAB. The setting is under your options, in the window that has a little mouse on it. It says "Hold down TAB key for combat instead of tapping it to toggle combat mode". Make sure there is not a check mark by this option, and you can just hit tab once and you'll be in war mode. |

When I started, I killed stuff just outside the gates of Cove for the first few days, just to get my skills up a little and figure out the healing. I sold the loot to the NPC vendors, and bought band aids. The Graveyard was a bit too hard for me at first, but I suck, so it might be just right for you. After you get your skills up a little, you will quickly realize that you need more money then you can make with your new warrior. I would recommend making a fisherman or a blacksmith as soon as you feel comfortable with the game mechanics. Both of them are good money makers, and need relatively few resources to be successful. |
