Capuera is not an efficient way to fight in martial arts. It's more like a way to give a show to people. Only professionnals can actually achieve something with Capuera.
I did one form of martial arts called Vovinam. Used by soldiers in the vietnam war Vovinam is about puttin your opponent down and braking one of his bones within seconds.

Err I think its a pretty useless way of fighting style unless u wanna get ur a$$ kicked pretty hard cause by the time ur rolling back or jumping back or standing on ur hands it would just allow enough time for a direct kick to ur face which would be great hell yeah! damn I feel like seeing that now...I didnt learn any type of martial arts or watsoever im kinda self taught and trust me for you RmX 1 punch would be enough to bring you to ur senses. No wonder Eddie always sucked in Tekken. it sure looks cool but all the opponet does is kick forward and its the end.....weeeeeeee

Its a dance/martial art hybrid its not designed for sheer ass-kicking power.
If you wanted to own then you would learn advanced kung fu. Shaolin monks anyone?
Anyway Alemao, it looks good fun and a decent way of keeping fit.
