Well apparently no one cares but the healing spell timer is f***** and isn't even enabled, its a 0 second timer, you can heal as fast as you want. lets just put it bak to 0.8 please?

fixed, and apoc leave a page on your main char message "For Bob, Heal Bug 78" for reporting this when others prob were just enjoying the abuse. :D

its not fixed..i just treid it and its super fast heal spell, g heal i cant tell.
