So, I killed a horse in town. When he died his box openned for looting. Of course it was empty, but that should not have been possible in town.

Its always opened. Everything opens ubset for Players. Even npc's open.

Intended feature until someone finds a way to abuse it and i shut it off. Always thought not being able to loot monsters/creatures in town was rather silly in my opinion.
