Post subject:  cap racial mage healing at 59.9

Racial Mage healing is currently capped at 50. I can understand, from a pvp balance standpoint, not wanting to let it get to 60 where it can cure poison. It forces racial mages to make sacrifices for the extra skillpoints, and that's fine. I would, however, like to see it increased from 50 to 59.9. I don't think it would alter pvp in any noticeable way, as mage bandie healing is pretty much a non-factor, particularly when it doesn't cure. In PvM, however, it would make racial mages more of an option. Personally, my pvm mage is a frost elf. Whether or not this change is implemented, he will eventually be transformed to a pvp character, and I will start a new human pvm, because I think GM healing is more usefull than extra skill points in a pvm, and the extra 100 skill is better in pvp.
