World change / fix:

- Re-added the vegetable seller at Britannia Animal Care shop in Britain which sells hay.
- Also added a couple sheafs of hay to store interior as decoration to remind players it is available there.

Npcs:
-- Goomageddon can no longer form unless 10 players are online when the requirements are met
-- Slime merges can no longer kill the slimes from oveareating
-- Goopocalypse has been disabled outright as it was designed for 25 people
