Than the world is safed ...
Than i become 0.1 skills in mining and lumberjacking ...
Than i'd look in my skills and mining and lumberjacking is 0,1
...

There is a skill cap on this shard. My guess is you went over the skill cap.

but ya,,, we gain in .1 (tenths) of skills, not whole skills

so ya...
but ya next time when you point out a problem. also point out what the outcome you think should have happened, instead of leaving it up to deduction

Moved to Help and Support rather than off-topic; but it doesnt appear to be a bug to me.

Your post essentially reads 'I was 0.1 mining and lumberjacking, then after 20 minutes mining I checked after a world save and I was still 0.1 mining and lumberjacking'.

I don't see what the lumberjacking skill has to do with mining? It's highly possible there was a minor rollback from admin that caused you to lose your 20 minutes of mining skill gains - which in the scheme of things is very minor.

Please let us know if you are still having any problems gaining skills.
