UPDATE: Got ahold of broadband, looks like he'll be back in town late tonight so it shouldn't be down much past that.
I was on when it froze, it hasn't come out of it yet, which means it's probably somewhat serious. We'll see in a bit if recovery doesn't kick-on and restore the process.
The worse news is that broadband left for a 1 week trip a few days ago. So, i'll post more info when i have it, until then know i'm doing what i can to try to fix it.

How come right b4 broadband goes on a long trip there's always something happening with the shard?
I thought b4 we entered T4A someone said there will less of this happening? Yet it's happening even more than it was before.

Maybe it's because he's ACTUALLY THERE checking on the health of the server more often than people think. "Nooooo!  " you say, but I mean... he is the admin after all. At this point, I'm more concerned about what will be the timestamp of the last stable backup, not the current downtime LOL

Crap which means another roll back probably.....sucks when you worked so hard to train magery and it goes down the shitter...... Roll backs always seem to occur when Ive done a lot of training....then I have to do it once again

Ya both me and Albert know where he live. Or at least the general area. I really doubt he will give me a key to his house. Let alone give a key to Albert. Lets imagine me working on the thing. I would probably break it because I have no clue what to do with it or how to actual work the system. Albert would pretty much figure out a way to screw everyone over in Obsidian. I mean EVERYONE! So do you really think that me or Albert having a key to BB's house is a smart plan.....

You realize its true. You would have to be mental to give me access to a item like that. Even more mental to allow someone who knows how to use it and would probably screw everyone that he hates in the game. Even the ones he doesnt, just does it for the giggles. Worse comes to worse, he leaves most people alone, and screws with the admin accounts

near BB, not that I know of.
