| I dont really play much at the minute mate what with the immense lagg, the 45 second log in times, and the fact i dont really have any hunting weapons cos echo lost 2 of my chests when he was helping me move :D I will be here though, watching from the sidelines till the rebirth of a great true natio... |

to have a 100% success rate in casting a spell as standard you need 20 points higher thn the level you are trying to cast for instance a fourth level spell you need 60 real skill.
This is the OSI standard of course so im not sure if that applies here. |

| Yea i agree the proplem would be that players now, if everyopne was given a 680/700 skillcap and they already have a race character they would have to drop some skill / s.
